If you're looking for something small and nice for your piercing, these are very good. Unfortuatly But I had my nails when I was trying to put this in the gem and lost twice. I'm not for use with a plastic, since I've been using the metal from the start - and the plastic is greater than metal so it was very uncomfortable and I catch it with his teeth the first few days of eating.
